Overview

Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service (AMPS) has been a valued Responder Recruitment client for over a year.

Our collaboration began with the development of a distinct employer brand that reflects AMPS’ mission and values. To bring this vision to life, we traveled on-site to conduct a comprehensive videography and photography shoot, capturing authentic moments that highlight the unique culture and community at AMPS.

From there, we crafted a tailored recruitment marketing strategy, which we are now implementing across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and Indeed Ads, to maximize reach and engagement.

Additionally, we designed and launched a new careers website that streamlines the application process and showcases AMPS as an employer of choice.

To further support their recruitment efforts, we developed custom marketing materials, such as an engaging display unit for job fairs, ensuring AMPS can effectively connect with top talent at every opportunity.

Work Completed

Stage 01:

Employer Brand

This stage included a candidate journey audit and qualitative anonymous surveys within the organization to understand the organization’s purpose from their employees’ perspective.

Our team collected the results, highlighted key themes, and positive findings to support the employer brand development and marketing strategy.

By utilizing the insights from the audit and survey, our team was able to develop the employer brand that defines the employee value proposition and showcases AMPS’ vision, mission, character, culture, and personality. Lastly, the visual identity was developed to compliment the messaging and help AMPS attract like-minded candidates.

Stage 02:

Recruitment Marketing Strategy

This stage also leveraged insights from the audit and surveys, the employer brand, our team’s expertise, and industry best practices to develop a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy for how to reach and engage with the ideal target audience.

Stage 03:

New Careers Website

Leveraging the employer brand, our team designed and developed the new joinamps.ca website.

Stage 04:

Campaign Launch

Lastly, our team implemented a comprehensive recruitment marketing campaign to attract passive and active candidates to help improve recruitment and retention.

This included developing personas and target audiences, building out company pages, and a full Indeed campaign that was managed and edited to reach optimum results.
